Where the spam is coming from? (18.10.2012)
Did you ever wonder why your emails are considered sometimes spam and where the actual spam is coming from? Well, you can blame mostly India - according to SophosLabs (data security company) 1 out of 6 spam messages come from there.
India is the third most internet connected country after China and US (number of users) . 16.1% of the all the spam comes from Indian computers. This doesn’t necessarily mean that it comes directly through the country; it might happen that Indian computers were just turned into zombie spam machines.
