Who are we?

The idea of an email marketing software was born in 2001. Our main office is located in the beautiful city Tallinn, Estonia.

With more than 10 years of experience in email marketing our international team has experience in working with several brands and companies.

We understand the needs of our customers and year by year we focus on creating a better service experience for them. As an employer we would like to create a working environment that motivates the innovative, young professionals.

What is Mailbow?

Mailbow incorporates the years of experience and a modern, cutting-edge email dispatch engine for sending out personalized emails.

We use more than a hundred high-end SMTP servers and efficient load-balancing system to make sure your emails will reach your contacts as quickly and as safely as possible.

Every message can be uniquely turned to each contact, such as greeting recipient by name or giving them personalized links or connections to various softwares such as questionnaires as MIKARE ASK.

With Mailbow you can create email campaigns (newsletters, birthday reminders, offers or even invoices), send them out to your clients and analyze the results.
